From 95 North- take Route 100 east- then take exit 8 coca cola drive- make left at light. Go to second light (park circle) make right. Go to stop sign, make right. Hotel 1/2 mile on left. From 295 North take 100 west- take exit 8 coca cola drive- make a right at the end of the ramp- a right at the next light(Park Circle)-right at the stop sign- Hotel is 1/2 mile on your left.

The hotel was very run down, the hallway was filthy. We had an early flight and shuttle did not run so we had to pay $80 for cab. When we returned the shuttle only picks up at the departure area, so it was a very long walk to go from arrivals to departure. They only come once an hour so we stood in cold for 45 minutes. Never would use Clarion again!!!
We felt our car was very safe and the shuttle service to and from the airport was very prompt. I would definitely use this hotel and service anytime I fly out of BWI
We used to stay here when it was the Ramada. It was always good. This time, the breakfast was crap. There was no coffee. We were directed to the wrong level (lower level) for pickup. The rooms are starting to get skanky.
The room was a nice place to stay overnight.
I have used the Clarion several times over the years before my two week trip to Aruba. This past experience was disappointing. The restaurant was closed due to COVID and we had to go off property to get something to eat. We came down for our transfer to the airport. No longer a shuttle but a Lyft to the airport. We waited close to 30 minutes for the driver. The driver over six feet and probably 300 lbs opened the back of the car and stood with arms folded while two people well into their 70’s had to put the luggage in the car. The same when we got to the airport. Since the hotel made the call we were not able to rate the driver. My friend said we will never do this again. We will rely on a relative to drive us to the airport.
The hotel was very out of the way. The staff seemed like they didn't want to be there- not very friendly. The room was a little dirty- sand on the floor. The balcony sliding door didn't even have a lock on it.

Dirty, dingy, lobby, hallway, and room. This hotel is in bad need of renovation. They even ran out of towels knowing we had reservations for 5. Terrible service. Though I will use ParkSleepFly again, never at this hotel.
One elevator not working, other one sounds like it was about to die. Restaurant closed. Used LIFT for shuttle service to the airport creating additional delays. Sidewalks badly in need of repair. No ice machine on floor. Covid has hurt the industry, but this place should not be open at this time
Clarion is really suffering from pandemic: room wasn't well cleaned (furnace filter dirty, and shower drain rusty), breakfast no longer offered.
Was very disappointed in hotel and room. Needs major remodeling. no Staff was very kind, but needs more awareness of room conditions. No fire alarms in place. Many other concerns.
I have stayed here several times and have always been please with the service.

Hotel staff very helpful and pleasant. Main issue was Lyft service since no shuttle due to Covid. A 45 min wait for Lyft to get to airport and then NO Lyft available when we came back. Staff really worked hard to find a driver with no luck. Eventually got a taxi ride which the hotel said they would pay for

Hotel stay was fine. Returning to BWI after our trip, called Clarion for shuttle pick up at airport were rudely told there was NO SHUTTLE SERVICE. Stated that we paid for shuttle service with our Park, Sleep, Fly package, told Shuttle is Complimentary. Would do nothing for us. $30 Taxi Service to our car and rudeness of representative is unacceptable.
A basic hotel but staff very nice and helpful. Very convenient location. Rooms was clean and neat. Shuttle and driver to the airport were excellent and on time. The return was a different experience. We waited over thirty minutes. All that being stated with the travel issues happening due to the virus, etc., it was not a big problem. Would definitely stay at this hotel again. Again, staff was friendly and helpful.
The bed had mascara stains on the sheets and the bathroom had hair and something brown on the floor.
Not bad. Only complaint is on return we were told to wait at door 1 which we did. The van came but was parked down the lane where we couldn’t see it. It was late and not busy so it didn’t make sense
